Keto Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons erythritol or low-carb sweetener of choice
- Optional toppings: chopped pecans, unsweetened coconut flakes, cinnamon
Instructions:
Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan
Add the pumpkin puree, chia seeds, coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, almond milk, and sweetener
