Grilled Nacho Cheeseburgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeos
- Lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties
Season with salt and pepper
Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or to your desired level of doneness
During the last minute of grilling, place a generous spoonful of nacho cheese sauce on each patty and let it melt
While the burgers are grilling, toast the burger buns on the grill until lightly browned
Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a cheese-covered patty
Top each patty with crushed tortilla chips, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and pickled jalapeos
Place the top bun on each burger to complete the assembly
