Easy Paprika Chicken
Easy Paprika Chicken is a tasty and easy-to-make dish that is great for keto-friendly meals. The chicken tastes rich and smoky because of the paprika, garlic, and onion powder mixed together. Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat
Add chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
