Healthy Slow Cooker Chicken and Vegetable Stew

This chicken and vegetable stew made in a slow cooker is full of good things for you and tastes great. Everyone in the family will love this simple, healthy meal. Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breasts, diced 4 carrots, sliced 2 celery stalks, chopped 1 onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried rosemary Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine diced chicken, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, dried thyme, and dried rosemary Season with salt and pepper to taste Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender Serve hot and enjoy!
